They have long laid the blame on foreigners for a perceived worsening of public safety standards that has allowed the powers that be to strengthen and crack down on non-Japanese and teens. Blames on foreigners ha!...oww!Hindi kaya dapat i-blame dyan sa kapulisan ng japan dahil palusot lang nila yan..then blame nila sa foreigners..ano kaya yong mga crime na mismo sariling anak ay pinapatay ng mga hapon..yong nang-pugot ng ulo sa kobe na bata at nilagay pa yong head sa gate ng school...yong bullying..yong mga pag-patay ng mga bata doon sa homeless people..owww..foreig ner nga ba?or dahil doon sa isang news,na peru nationals na gumawa ng krimen sa isang paslit sa japan?owwww????
