mainichi For years, people like Tokyo Gov. Shintaro Ishihara have been up in arms about rising crime rates among foreigners and juveniles in Japan. They have long laid the blame on foreigners for a perceived worsening of public safety standards that has allowed the powers that be to strengthen and crack down on non-Japanese and teens. But Hiroshi Kubo, the former head of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Emergency Public Safety Task Force, says they've got it all wrong. Read here...

they musn't blame only the foreigners but thier own nationals i think blaming only the foreigners is unfair dont you?

Blames on foreigners ha!...oww!Hindi kaya dapat i-blame dyan sa kapulisan ng japan dahil palusot lang nila yan..then blame nila sa foreigners..ano kaya yong mga crime na mismo sariling anak ay pinapatay ng mga hapon..yong nang-pugot ng ulo sa kobe na bata at nilagay pa yong head sa gate ng school...yong bullying..yong mga pag-patay ng mga bata doon sa homeless people..owww..foreig ner nga ba?or dahil doon sa isang news,na peru nationals na gumawa ng krimen sa isang paslit sa japan?owwww????
