asahiPollen levels in spring should be below average in most parts of the country, bringing a sense of relief to hay-fever sufferers here, the Environment Ministry said. Pollen from Japanese cedar and cypress trees causes allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny noses and itchy eyes. The ministry predicts pollen levels will be particularly lower in the Kanto and Koshinetsu regions, with the amount about 25 percent of the average. Read more... hay mabuti naman magandang news to kasi apektado ako dito sa kafunsho.every yr yan hirap talaga huminga:)

good evening po, marami pong salamat sa impormasyon at sa magandang balita. Di pa naman po ako nakaranas ng flower powder. Narinig ko lang po kay hubby na mahirap po pala ang maka experience nito. Kahit papano po sa balitang katulad nito makapag-ingat din po ang iba nating kababayan lalong lalo na sa mga place na nasabi at sa mga nasabing buwan wherein pollen from cyprus trees occur.

its a good news for me . Kalbaryo talaga sa akin pag dumating ang hay fever season. Even i'm inside the house , non-stop ang sneezing hanggang sumakit na ang ilong plus pa kating-kati ang mga mata. There was even a time na di ko na kayanan, i flew sa pinas for escapage :( it was a very expensive medicine.:p Sana this year if ever umatake...mild lang....the bearable one.

Kawawa naman friend ko every year..my hubby also,parang
umiiyak lagi dahil sa pollen na 'yan.
