3G na lang kulang, which may come on the next generation of iPHONE , siguradong patok na patok to , at puwede mo nang dispose yung ibang gadgets mo ,hehehehehe.

As what I've heard, they are on the path of making it as a SMARTPHONE as well, although step by step sigurong gagawin ni Steve Jobs yon, knowing him, hehehehehe.

According to Reuters today from this link (http://today.reuters.com/news/articleinvesting.asp x?type=companyNews&storyID=2007-01-10T011426Z_01_T27287 7_RTRIDST_0_MARKETS-JAPAN-STOCKS-UPDATE-2.XML),

Shares of Softbank Corp. (9984.T: Quote (http://stocks.us.reuters.co m/stocks/overview.asp?symbol= 9984.T&WTmodLoc=InvArt-C1-ArticlePage1), NEWS (http://stocks.us.reuters.co m/stocks/companyNews.asp?symb ol=9984.T&WTmodLoc=InvArt-C1-ArticlePage1) , Research (http://stocks.us.reuters.co m/stocks/analystResearch.asp? symbol=9984.T&WTmodLoc=InvArt-C1-ArticlePage1)) rose as investors bet it would be the most likely of Japan's three major mobile phone operators to release Apple Computer Inc.'s (AAPL.O: Quote (http://stocks.us.reuters.co m/stocks/overview.asp?symbol= AAPL.O&WTmodLoc=InvArt-C1-ArticlePage1), Profile (http://stocks.us.reuters.co m/stocks/fullDescription.asp? symbol=AAPL.O&WTmodLoc=InvArt-C1-ArticlePage1) , Research (http://stocks.us.reuters.co m/stocks/analystResearch.asp? symbol=AAPL.O&WTmodLoc=InvArt-C1-ArticlePage1)) new iPhone in Japan.

------------

A Japanese colleague also told me that Son-san was in Mac World too. I also remember some months ago that I saw an ad inside subways that says something about Softbank and Apple business collaboration.

But what the heck, I will already be contented with WiFi, no worries with monthly mobile subscriptions though I don't have mobility. But the speeds between WiFi and 3G are still way way different.

Also, the iPhone UI is really really something no other mobile device has come up with (though the N800 (http://web.nseries.com/products/n800/#l=products,n800) seems heading the same way, but that is an internet tablet).

Let us see come June 2007. Punta muna ako sa coin laundry station :p

the built in isight is missing which they will obviously include in the next gen iPhone. Hindi ba medyo malaki? My current mobile phone has plenty of features as well but i really only use the phone and email functions.

How I wish, Spinnaker san! Steve called me, he wanted the pinoys in Japan to know his latest shinning gadget. So I borrowed it for awhile (it's incredibly thin!) and took him to Timog Forum...and he was impressed...just like I was with his iPhone. lol. Cheers! :)

Where's the Apple branding on the celly? It looks like it was designed completely by Motorola. I don't know if I'd even consider this an Apple product... it's just a motorola phone with a "music button" running iTunes software.:D

i dunno what is so motorola about this phone, and it doesn't have buttons, except for one. it is definitely not like the cellphones we are used to, it has got technologies we never even heard used in any cellphones. and it's not only running iTunes, it also runs Mac OS X.;)

yes, if you put it that way, - just like it changed how you listen to your music.:p
but whatever you say, your motorola comparison will not take you anywhere.

Here, watch Steve's keynote address and his introduction of the iPhone to understand how it works and its difference from the current line of cellphones.
