BUN(blood urea nitrogen) 血液尿素窒素(ket sueki nyouso chisso)
CREATININE(クレアチニン)
Mas mabuting magpatingin ka sa Doctor or Urologist(hi-nyo kika泌尿器科)or Nephrologist(jinzo naika腎臓内科) para sa kidney.
also check this para malaman mo ang ilan detalye sa BUN,and creatinine.

pipol,
bale ang creatinine (クレアチニン) ay hindi po pangalan ng test but component ng po sya ng blood. creatinine is the waste product of protein kaya pagnagkasakit po kayo sa kidney, elevated po ito kse wala nang nagfifilter ng protein sa blood. nomal level is up to 1.5 lang, pag lampas napo medyo may kidney problem kana.
ang BUN naman ay test ng Urea Nitrogen sa dugo, which are from both vegetables and meat or dairy products. kse pagnasira kidney nyo, bale yung urine nyo hindi masyado makalabas sa blood kse sira nga ang kidney na nagfifilter.
yung dalawa pong tests sa taas are just two of the blood components na pwde ipatest. kasama po dyan ang potassium (K), galing po to sa fruits and vegetables, hindi rin makalabas pagnasira kidneys.medyo delikado pagmataas ang K nyo, not more than 6mg/L kse it would cause heart attack. phosphorus (P), mostly form vegetables po ito, less sa mga concerns pero pagelevated for a long time, you may develop allergies.

He,he,hindi nag-aaral lang ng kunti sa pag-ka albularyo:D ,Idol ko si kasi si Mang kepweng.Alam mo ba yong pito-pito?:D kidding aside,
Ang creatinine-ay reliable indicator of kidney function,as the kidneys become impaired the creatinine level in the blood will rise.
Normal blood creatinine levels- Adult males(o.6-1.2 mg/dl)
Adult females(0.5-1.1 mg/dl)
Muscular young or middle aged adults may have more creatinine in their blood than the normal. For thegeneral pop.elderly persons,on the other hand may have less creatinine in their blood than the normal.Infants have normal levels of about 0.2 or more, depending on their muscle development.A person with only one kidney may have a normal level about 1.8 or 1.9.
creatinine levels that reach 2.0 or more in babies, and 10.0 or more in adults may indicate the need for"DIALYSIS",to remove the waste from the blood.certain drugs can sometimes cause abnormally elevated creatinine levels.
BUN(blood urea nitrogen)-If the kidneys are not functioning properly or if the body is using large amount of proteins, the BUN level will rise.IF the a person has a severe liver disease the BUN,will drop.
BUN-(increased)-kidney function problem
BUN(decreased)-Liver problem
The BUN level may be checked in order to assess or monitor
-The presence or progression of kidney or liver disease
-Blockage of urine flow, mental confusion person with kidney failure are sometimes disoriented and confused
-abnormal loss of water from the body(dehydration).Re covery from severe burns. The body uses larger than normal amounts of protein following serious burns.
BUN,result can be affected by the ff;drugs or medications:anti-bioticss,chloramphen icol, streptomycin,am photericin b,methicillin, gentam ycin, tobramycin, kana mysin as well as diuretics and costicosteroids. The person should be advised not to eat large amount of meat the day before the test.
Abnormall low BUN-low level of may indicate overhydration, malnut rition, celiac disease(a disease characterized by the inability or tolerate foods containing wheat protein(gluten).LIVE R Damage or disease or use of corticosteroids, low BUN may also occur in pregnancy.
Abnormally high BUN-High levels of BUN may indicate kidney disease or Failure.blockage of the urinary tract by a kidney stone or tumor.A heart attack,CHF,DHN,fever ,shock or bleeding in the digestive tract.High BUN levels can sometimes occur during late pregnancy or result from eating large amount,of protein rich foods.A BUN level higher than 100 mg/dl points to severe Kidney disease.
normal values:children 5-18 mg/dl.adult 7-18 mg/dl.elderly 8-20 mg/dl

but i got curious with this one... abnormally high BUN levels my indicate kidney disease or failure......
what if based on the result of the urinalysis RBC (red blood cells) is abnormally high, does it follow that the results of your creatinine test will be abnormal? sabi nila, usually, if you got RBC in your urine (by the way, for women, rule out blood due to period), meron blockade of the urinary tract (ureter yata tawag dito) which causes the blood. so if ganun, will the creatinine test result in high BUN level? is it always the case? will wait for your answer po ah.
by the way, para sa kaalaman din ng marami, there's another test being done to check the condition of your kidney. it's called intravenous pyelogram or IVP. Eto po yung full details (http://www.webmd.com/hw/health_guide_atoz/hw231427.asp)about IVP.
