Swap Magic 3.6 and sliding tool did not work on my Japanese PS2 v. 50000 version

Hello computer experts,

I already bought a Swap Magic 3.6 from a Japanese online seller but it doesnt work...May I know if you have any advice on the correct use of Swap Magic 3.6?
The sliding tool did not open the CD tray and so I can not load the foreign software as instructed...Do I need to use a new memory card for this..I was using an old one with NTSC-Japan softwares already loaded...

try this first option

boot the swap magic 3.6 game . when you get to the load game screen open the tray by using the eject button and placing in another regular game.something with a high TOC (table of contents) or in other words a really big game in size. after it reads the game it should then ask you to insert your backup or import game.at this point use the slide tool to open the tray again and place in your import or backup. close the CD tray with your fingers as far as it can go . now go back to the PS2 with your slide card and this time reverse the opening mechanism by putting the card in on your right side and slowly sliding to the left . you should feel it lock into place.this time you can run your game.

if it won't work it could be the type of DVD or CD's you're using ... you may want to use Verbatim and not cheap off brand ones. you may want to also use DVD-R too.

2 klase kasi na CD an laman ng SWAP MAGIC mo. be sure na yung nilo load mo eh DVD kapad PS2 games an gusto mo laruin. then yung CD naman is for PSone games.

Thanks for the kind tips..The problem is the sliding tool does not work..it cant open the DVD tray..

Or are we using the wrong sliding tool?

ma o open yan for sure , mararamdaman mo na kumapit yung hook dun sa tray. kasi nung first time na gumamit ako nyan eh akala ko rin eh ayaw gumana yung slide tool. search ka pa sa internet para makita mo ang mga sample videos on how to use the slide tool
