Since you are into graphic designing, may line din yan sa IT. IT kasi ang isa sa pinakamaraming work opportunities for professionals sa Japan. Kaya lang, be sure to put an effort in studying Nihonggo dahil kailangan talaga iyon (at least JLPT level 4 siguro) If you like teaching, marami din ang English teacher openings.
Siguro mas matuturuan tayo nga iba pa nating mga kasama rito. Let's wait for their replies.

kung Occupational Therapist o kaya Physical Therapist mas maganda yata sa U.S ka mag~apply .. pag dito sa Japan medyo malabo.. pag medical field it's a huge responsibility .. not unless nakakabasa ka nakakaintindi at nakakapagsalita ka ng language nila ....
go after whatever your passionate about or something that you love..good luck :)

what is the best career in Japan?
If you mean best career as in best "salary", I would recommend working for a financial firm like a stock broker, etc.

my advise for you is to go in a japanese language school and learn to read, speak and write japanese.
kapag nagawa mo yan, kahit saang field of wrk ay di ka mahihirapan.
hello! my only advice first, if you want to work here in japan, study first the language, you will find a lot of opportunity here to work in multinational company if you have the gots, my only piece of advice your already in US why your interested working here in japan, maybe you want to experience their culture? you will love to stay here if you have a lot of money, its very expensive here to leave specially in tokyo, compare in US. but you will love it here if you love fashion everything is here, you can buy everything as long you have work! but if you have better future in US u just stay there at least you don't have to take an effort to study japanese language and their writting. but if you want to challenge yourself just be ready to face all the circumstances! ganbatte!!!!!!!!!!:) and:confused:

As of now Therapist and Nurses is mura ang sweldo here sa Japan.
Also, they require an exam which is all in Japanese.
If you have skills in engineering or IT plus your Japanese language skill, there are many opportunities here.
