To answer your question quickly, Paypal is a payment system standard on the internet. You need a credit card to enable a Paypal account. Most of the time, credit card will do in all your internet shopping activities, but this is not very secure. I think using Paypal as a medium will make your shopping more secure since you pay for your shopping without giving away your credit card number everytime you buy something. Paypal which has a record of your credit card pays for your shopping without giving away your credit card information and in turn you pay Paypal.

You could use your Paypal account for companies on the net which use Paypal payment system. For more information on how to register click this Paypal Website. Regular user ako ng Paypal. I use it to pay when I do online shopping. Wala kang fee if you use it to pay, pero yong tatanggap nang pera ay meron konting fee, I think 2 % from the value of the money sent.

pwedeng walang credit card kung yung paypal account ay para sa pag receive ng payment.

Tama ang sinabi ni Makulit-san. Kung online merchant ka, pwede mo magamit ang iyong Paypal funds sa pagbabayad sa iyong mga online orders. Kung ala kang Paypal funds, ang tanging pwede mong gamitin na pambayad ay Credit Card.

Kung gusto mo maging verified member, may mga ways para ka maging verified member. Isa na diyan ang pag-register mo sa iyong credit card. You can visit their site para ka magkaroon ng idea kung paano ang paggamit sa Paypal.

if you bank with btmufj at you access your account online, mayroon doon link pwede kang kumuha ng credit card sa kanila ... online ang application ...

pinaka shortcut, kung may hubby ka na po at credit card holder sya, pwede mo pong gamitin yung card nya. o kaya naman kung gusto mong sarili talaga, sabihin mo po sa hubby mo na ikuha ka ng card (family card (extension card))

Kahit saang bank dito sa Japan puwede..You need to give ang information ng bank ninyo when you open an account sa paypal.Kaya lang dapat maging maingat po kasyo sa pag lalagay ng info.. Should be same yung name (order,spelling etc ) ang bank account at paypal account ninyo. May charge kasi ang banko na about $5 kada receive ng money from paypal ( free if malaking halaga ang tatanggapin)Ask the person who want to send money ..na i-send ang money sa present e-mail address mo. Paypal will give you instructions on how to open an account. Good luck !!

payment reaches your paypal account immediately after the transaction is approved by respective credit card companies less paypal charges.

to withdraw money from your paypal account and have it deposited to your bank here in Japan takes about 7 working days. But with my experience, hardly 3 days to reach my MUFG account.

Paypal cannot send money to the Japanese Postal bank. Other banks are alright except for the postal bank.

kung hindi ka maglalagay ng bank account mo sa paypal, i don't think there's anywhere you can withdraw that money. not unless you're going to use that money to pay something thru paypal as well. paypal is just a go-between the payer and payee for security purposes since with paypal you don't give out your CC numbers. meron paypal credit but it takes a lot to get an approval.

bank account is accepted, you have to be verified that you really own that account so paypal will send you some amount and then you wait 3 days max and check your bank statement regarding how much paypal sent you, then balik ka na lang sa site nila and click on verification ulit, tapos just put the amount of money they sent you. viola! verified ka na. may fee pala ang verifications, depende sa bank account kung magkano.

Then you will put this four digit number after signing up, then add a bank account number and bank name, you can only withdraw up to 60.000 Yen monthly unless you become a verified member to remove this limit.

If you have a personal account there are no fees when you receive money but if you have a premier or merchant account(for business), you will be charged for every transaction of money that is sent to you.
